Stephanie has been extremely kind and attentive. She came to meet us before starting the job. She asked for a lot of details about habits and food requirements. Then she gave us precise and detailed daily updates. I will definitely book her again the future! Highly recommended!

Our kitten-cat Nala loves Stephanie, who is an amazing cat-sitter; reliable, kind, attentive and fun. We know Nala will always be well looked after and it makes going away so much easier. Stephanie also sends very witty captions for Nala’s photos , which makes them even nicer to receive. Nala (and I) would give her 100 stars if we could.

Stephanie is the best cat sitter! She agreed to take care of Cixi on short notice and was very flexible regarding timing to visit Cixi. She sends the best pictures and videos updates and we feel very relaxed knowing Cixi is in her care!

Stephanie is the greatest. She is super-reliable, excellent at communication before and during, did everything we asked and more to look after our 5 month old kitten, Nala and keep her happy. Stephanie took such a great care of Ricky, that he might be missing her now :) We had to prolong our trip and Stephanie was kind and understanding with changes in our arrangements and looked after Ricky those extra days. Steph have been taking care of Cixi for a while bow and everything is perfect! We get really cute pictures and updates and come back home to a happy cat every time!

Stephanie did a fantastic job of looking after our cats. She sent me plenty of updates and photos so I could see they were doing fine and was easy to communicate with throughout. We felt the cats were in safe and reliable hands. They were fine when we got back although obviously annoyed we left them but that’s just cats!

Stephanie was absolutely fantastic! Communication was great from the start and she came to meet our cat Cixi before our departure and they immediately liked each other ☺️ Stephanie kept us posted with daily updates and pictures and videos and Cixi absolutely loved her! We came back to a very happy and relax cat and couldn’t recommend Stephanie enough! We would definitely keep reaching out to Stephanie for our future holidays :)

Stephanie was a lovely girl and had excellent communication with regular picture/video updates. She also fed Casper very well and watered the plant.

However, based on the pet cameras (that were not installed discreetly), she hardly caresses Casper (although it was clear that he was already comfortable with her presence and rubbing himself against her and everything around her), and did not make any attempts to play with him using the cat toys available even if I had encouraged her via WhatsApp to do so. Instead, it seems like she was only trying to get a good picture/video of Casper to send as updates. She also mentioned that she will stay for an hour at each visit while using my Wi-Fi to work, but she only stayed for an hour for the first 3 visits and only 17-40mins for the rest of the 13 visits (the 17mins visit only happened once).

I was obviously aware of the cameras, but you did not ask my permission to observe or film me, which is very rude. I only discovered the cameras on the first day of cat-sitting. I have happily cat-sat for people with cameras before, they always showed me where the cameras were before I accepted the job. Because they had manners :) Unfortunately, by the time I noticed your cameras, it was too late for me to decline the job as you had already left the country. I was uncomfortable in your flat the whole time. I always stay at least 30 minutes, as stated clearly on my profile. That’s what you pay for, anything extra is a favour :) I would be interested to know where you got 17 minutes from, though of course I am disturbed that you are recording people without permission. Best of luck finding a cat sitter that suits you :)

Came back after 10 days to an extremely happy cat. Nothing negative except your cat might miss Stephanie after cat sitting ends! Lots of photo updates and great communication. Will definitely contact Stephanie again in the future, highly recommended!

Stephanie was amazing! She took notes on the pre-visit and asked thorough questions to make sure your little furball is well taken care of. We were anxious as it's the first time we've used Cat In A Flat but our little Edie was utterly spoiled by her with lots of playtime, treats and food. The best bit was loads of pictures and videos of each visit, with the most hilarious captions attached. We definitely recommend Stephanie and can't wait to book her again soon. 5 stat cat sitter, I couldn't have got anyone better than Stephanie. She clearly loves cats and made every effort to make my two moggies feel at ease. She is reliable and spent time everday playing with Loki and Minnie as well as sending daily pictures with witty comments attached. On top of this is was available to water my plants, both my home and cats were really well taken care of. I will definately be using her again and you should to if you need someone capable, reliable, responsible and who is also a genuine cat person.

Stephanie fed our cats over three days at Christmas, and was completely brilliant from start to finish. She completely charmed our cats, fed them exactly what we asked her to, and sent us cute pictures and videos to reassure us that they were OK. Never thought of using a cat sitting service before we met Stephanie. So glad and happy we did. Steph's lovely, super friendly and so good with our cat Meow Meow! As promised she kept us posted with daily photos and videos of Meow Meow for the whole time we were away (3wks)!! Though we were a little hesitant at first with how everything would work out, meeting Steph really put us at ease and we left for our holiday with absolute confidence that Steph would do a great job, which of course she did!

Steph's definitely our go to cat sitter for any future trips, I just hope she'll be available, as I'm sure she's in high demand. Steph provides a great service, a natural with cats! Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed!

Stephanie was great at looking after Whiskey. She sent videos and photos every day. Whiskey seemed very happy when we returned. I would definitely recommend Stephanie!

Stephanie is a real cat lover and did an amazing job of taking care of my cats while I was out of town.

She went far beyond taking care of the basic needs (feeding, cleaning litter etc.), and played with them for almost 2 hours, sending me funny photo updates of them in action. I suspect that she's a cat whisperer as she even managed to get one of my shy cats out of his shell. :-)

I would definitely get Stephanie to take care of my cats again in future, and can warmly recommend her as a safe pair of hands for yours.

I never thought that I would say that of a cat-sitter, but Stephanie was absolutely fantastic! Spotless house, contented cats, lots of pictures and updates. She beats hands down any of the 20+ cat-sitters I have used before and I can definitely recommend her to every cat-lover in London!
